It's been a while since we have allowed new subscriptions to these forums. We had to turn them off to stop the massive spam attacks that were making our moderators spend hours per day on clean-up.

5-HTP is a nice little supplement but be VERY careful with it. 50mg is safe but more than that will require monitoring by a doctor for heart related issues.

I'd suggest Omega-3 to help balance...

Almonds are about the best fat you can get naturally. Peanut butter (1tbsp per serving) is also fine.

Don't beat yourself up if you eat Almonds! (just make sure they are NOT salted!)

There's no set way to do this right. There is a 50/50 split who says let's do cardio then weights, or weights then cardio.

I don't like either.

Personally I do cardio and weights on different days....
