Ladies Retreat

Hi ladies!

I hope you haven't forgotten about this thread. I just got back from a ladies retreat in Indianapolis, IN. There were 800 Christian ladies there! So uplifting!

Just want to remind everyone that God is here for us and to give our concerns to him!

This is the best place where We can prayer for all the members who need more. I know that God is always with us and also listen our prayer. I hope that ducky will come as soon as with new information.

The woman's retreat was so uplifting. It was located at our local christian's youth camp. I don't know where to start. God is good. The speaker was Carol McLeod from Just Joy ministries. She was so encouraging. She spoke about us being a chosen child (1 pet 2:9) and not to let Satan telling you otherwise. She said satan tries too hard to make us have low self esteem. Tries to get our mind off of Christ and to finish the good work he has started in us. She felt lead to help encourage us in our walk with Christ. She gave us tons of scripture and even encourage us talk a walk with God and speak directly to him.
One thing that has struck me was when she explained that we are beloved. She said that 52 times in the bible beloved is refer to the church and only 9 times it is refereed to Christ. I thought, wow God loves us..truly loves us that he would son to die for us. Wow. Now that true love.
