Default Cysters Getting Skinny-November

Hi all, starting one for November, since there was one for Sept. and Oct. anyone can put in how we r doing, we all need some support, let's see how we all can do for Nov. with Thanksgiving coming and all.
I didn't do all that great last month, got hook on cook and serve chocolate pudding and ice cream, evil stuff. Been getting depressed from my job, schedule changes and what all. I lost a grand total of 3 pounds last month, so hopefully this month I will loose 5lbs. Who knows I might get in the mood to work out more and stay away from pudding and ice cream, figures crossed.

I managed not to have pudding and ice cream , work is still stressful, but manageable, I'm taking things one step at a time, first getting meals straighten out, more healthy foods, less sweets, I can't wait for the holidays to go, so that my work schedule will quit changing every other wk. If anything I managed to gain weight, but i should be able to get it back to where i started.
Ladies keep on working and hopefully we will all find success! One way or another. Never give up hope.

Hello, new to this board and weight loss. I signed up for weight watchers on October
5th and have lost 3.4lbs since then. I am so excited to lose weight and gain a BFP!

I can tell I'm loosing weight because I am starting to find a figure under this layer of fat!

I started a low carb diet about a 5 weeks ago and I lost 10lbs.

The doctor said I should only lose 1 or 2 lbs a weeks. I guess it is bad to lose weight to quickly because your skin will not have the time to get tighten up and your skin can get saggy. Now its time to figure out a way to get rid of the ugly stretch marks and hair permanently...lol.

Count me in. I have lost around 30 pounds at one point, but started gaining it back over the summer. I am a "biggest loser" type competition at work that has gotten me to start walking and watching what I eat better. I live for the day I am going to be called skinny!!!!!

Default I'm in.

I was just diagnosed on Friday--this will be a great place for me to start I think.

I started Metformin 1000mg on Friday and balanced my protein/carb intake already. The scale this morning was down 3.5lbs from Friday. Can I have really lost that much already? I feel less bloated, so maybe I shed some water weight.

Default November 2010 Weight Loss

I would love to jump in on a challenge. I feel like I have days that I do really well; and others, not so much. I think the best for me is a low-carb lifestyle. (I almost typed diet there, but I really need to get out of the mind set )

I am a little confused, b/c the first thread is from 2009, so I was not sure if this was still current or not. It does look like others have posted since then. If anyone is doing this for Nov 2010, I am in
