well actually it is better than nothing.
Just been adding my days calories (Including my meal plan for tonight...which im making a tuna salad)...Looks like im going under 1200 calories by 127. lol

woot! woot! go you! I was under 39 calories until I ate that slice of apple pie... I think I just ate my exercise calories

So.. to maintain my "goal" weight, it would take 1890 calories. Gives me a 690 "deficit" per day.. 4X weekly exercising at what I did today.. thats a 2 pound weight loss per week!! Hmmm... OK I'm obsessing just a little.

LOl@KNH... oh boy...

Here is what I know (and believe) if I burn 500 calories a day, AND eat only my MFP calories (not exercised calories) I SHOULD lose about 1-2lbs a week, which is my goal!
