Really the best time to weight is first thing in the morning before eating and without your clothes on (clothes can add ounces up to lbs)... I usually pee, shower, weigh... ofcourse I do that everymorning... but I only count 1 day a week.. which for me is Saturday!

If you are going to weigh everyday, weigh @ the same time.

K I think I figured out the weigh thing.. I don't do the shower first, but the rest of the steps I copied

How are you ladies doing? Calorie counting? Exercising?

My exercising has been gong SUPER... I'v been making sure to get in 300-500 calories burned a day - Saturday was my rest day, Sunday I went out and did the leaves with my Ma.

Calories have not been good for me last week.. or this weekend.. But I went to the store and bought everything I needed (yogurt, apples, popcorn, Almonds, SmartOne Lunches) to have a good week.

Here is to a new week!

Yes, a new week! I'm horrible at keeping track lately, but did buy low-calorie snacks

I'm also going to try the carnation breakfast shake things. All have sort of high carbs, but I'm not sure how I feel about carbs! Every article I find says something different about them.. One says they are good for the brain, another says they're bad for PCOS. UGH!!

Yea, KNH I have mixed feelings about it too.. in fact when I go back to the gyno tomorrow i am going to ask about retesting me for IR.. cuz I seem to lose weight better calorie counting then LCbing... Or maybe that is just how my body works. IDK.

Did you get retested? The metformin is working magic for me.. I'm losing a pound a week with doing next to nothing! Now if I could actually get back to keeping track of my food and working out I might lose more than that :P

I've been doing horrible!! I'm not keeping track, and barely watching what I eat. I did yesterday & today, though.. watched what I ate, measured and all that. Its so time consuming to track it all!

Did you go back to Calorie-counting?

I like numbers too, mainly money (like taxes and budgets and things), phone numbers and dates though. I obsessively read labels, each and everyone (its no wonder DH hates grocery shopping with me), but don't always have time to make something. We have been going out to eat a LOT these days.
