Good pumpkin recipe.That is really helpful for WW.One more such recipe which I want to add is
Pumpkin and carrot soup

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, peeled and chopped
6 large carrots, peeled and grated
1 small or one half large pumpkin peeled, deseeded and chopped
750 ml vegetable stock
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
150 ml fresh cream (optional)
salt and black pepper, to taste

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion, covered, over a low heat for five minutes.
Add the carrot and pumpkin, stir and cover. Cook for a further ten minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the stock and nutmeg and bring it to boil. Cover again, and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend it until smooth. Season it as per your taste.
Add a little more stock or boiling water over low heat if the soup is a bit thick for your taste, then return to the pan.
Stir in the cream and heat through for a minute before serving.
Add two tablespoons of ground almonds while frying onions for a nutty taste.

hi, I just found this site and happy to start connecting with friends..are you still doing ww? I was thinking about joining to help with the weight..I am now 180 and I have tried cutting back and I did but I have not noticed much..the pain is too uncomfy to workout at times but other times I am soo exhausted...

Lovely topic, Really nice recipe here. Deep dish Pizza and Pizza soup one of the my best favourite dish and I take this twice in week. Excellent recipes collection and great post. Best topic for food lover.

3oz fat free cream cheese
2 tsp butter (I use 0 calorie butter spray)
2 tbsp skim milk
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
-Combine cream cheese, butter, milk, salt, pepper. Cook chicken and cube. Mix in to cream cheese mixture. Roll out crescent rolls to make 4 squares (2 crescent rolls together) Put mixture on crescent rolls. Roll up to make a baseball. Bake on 350 for 20min.

Is anyone using the new Points Plus program? I see that no on has been on here for a while. I started Weight Watchers 6/11/12 and I'm looking for some weight loss buddies.

Anyone out there??

I've been on this for 4 weeks now and I've only lost 7 pounds. Hummm I wonder what I'm doing wrong.
