![]() Ok, I'm big time IR, and having MAJOR issues with carb/sugar cravings. NOTHING I do seems to distract me, and eating healthy foods doesn't help either, as I just end up eating everything in sight, and STILL break down and fix something carb-loaded to eat afterward.
Does anyone have any tried and true tips to help with unhealthy food cravings? It's gotten so bad that I'm now at my highest weight ever, and a weight I swore I'd NEVER reach: 300 lbs! I need some serious help, or I'm going to end up killing myself with food.... |

![]() if we're talking pastas and breads- there's not much to suggest- other than go whole wheat
if you're talking sweets- there's some kashi granola bars that are yummy. last night i completely enjoyed a key lime greek yogurt with fatfree cool whip and 1/2 serving of whole wheat graham cracker sticks. <-- majorly exceeded expectations! ![]() ![]()

![]() It's mostly breads, potatoes, and rice. It's awful! But I crave sweet stuff too, especially candy. But it's always the fruity stuff.... But I live with my parents, and money's tight (I don't have a job right now), and fresh fruit is so expensive!! I may have to start trying to find fruit cups on sale every pay day. I'm killing myself with these cravings... Literally.
