Question Trying

Am going to start on Vitex and Progesterone cream

the only problem i have is when to start them because i have my period every 3 months or every 31 or 32 or 33 days so idk when am able to start =/

i would start the vitex now.. it works slowly like any other herb... It's said to take up to 3 months to regulate your cycles when you take it daily. I take 2 per day morning and evening... As far as the progesterone cream goes, I'm not sure about that, I've never used it. If it's been a while since AF then maybe go ahead and do it for several days to see if you can get AF to come?

I would think you would need something to induce AF so that way you have a timeline or can start with fresh and accurate data on cycle days. I have noticed from reading the boards that some docs do not induce AF in all cases. Any suggestions on why they would not when beginning treatments?
