How is everyone doing? It's been quiet here lately. I am ready for spring, but we keep getting snow.

peaches - I could use some motivation, too.

shan - Hope you have a breakthrough this week.

ali - Hope you've been successful this past week with your goals. Medicinal caffeine is OK in my book. After all, that's what in Excedrin.

AFM - I got a BFN. We'll be doing another round in the spring. In the meantime, I need a reboot in the healthy living department. I gained weight during this past cycle due to stress and hormones. I also haven't been eating well (stress eating, pity party eating). I haven't weighed myself since last week, and I really don't want to know how much I've gained. AF is almost gone, so I should really get back to business.

EJ - so sorry about the bfn. Hope AF takes a few pounds with her when she goes.

Afm - updated weight: 254.2...going in the right direction again, wahoo! Follow up appt with my RE this morning, so hoping he will be pleased with the progress. If my liver enzymes came down from last blood work, I may be starting met again, too. We shall see...

All right gals, let's kick some booty in March - we are worth the effort to have better health!

I keep bouncing right around 180. I would like to lose 20lbs by June when we go to Disney World but I need to stay motivated! I am just stuck.

I lost 4 lbs in February. I'd like to lose another 4 for March. Really, I'd like to lose more than that, but with nursing, it's a real struggle right now.

Looking forward to Spring and getting out of the house!

Updated weight - 252.2! Passed on bread at a really GOOD bakery today at brunch, so trying to celebrate both the big and small successes! The coming week will be hard - long weekend in Orlando working a convention for my husband's side business. Fortunately our hotel has a fridge so I can pack some of our food to take along.

knut - glad you're keeping nursing front and center - I would have gladly postponed working on weight loss if I'd been a better producer. How old is your LO now? I can't keep track! Hope Spring reaches you soon!

esarah - on the bright side, if you don't lose the entire 20 by June, you may sweat out the rest while in Orlando! Just kidding, June isn't the worst down here...August, on the other hand, is horrible. What's making you feel stuck?

jenn - how are you??? Good to see you on here - and exciting to think about an upcoming IVF cycle! How's your little girl?

Cuz - did you survive the work week? What are you doing to get back on track?

Shan - swimsuit season? *shudder* But really, you're totally right, especially since I'm in FL and want to get baby boy in the water more this year. He loved it the one time we had the guts to put him in last year before it got too cold. Anyway, any loss now?

Hi girls! Thought I'd join you here and get some motivation to lose weight as we TTC naturally this time...well with supplements :P

I'm at 188 right now and trying to get down to 140...seems impossible! I'm trying to eat healthier by avoiding carbs, upping the veggies and fruits and protein. Working out has been such a challenge for me. I seem to have no time with work and LO. Since I'm working from home I spend most of the day with her or at meeting and once she's asleep getting caught up on work. House is a mess too so that keeps distracting me from getting more active. No excuses I have to get at least 30 mins in day!

Good luck everyone! Hope you are all well.
