Help , I'm confused !
Hello everyone . My doctor just recently put me on Januvia because my insulin level was high . Should I be put on Birth Control medicine also to help control my pcos ?

metformin is what is normally prescribed, but it is also a diabetes medications. but januvia is a diatbetes medication so you won't want to take both. birth control will help control cysts but will not regulate your periods naturally. i would do a low carb diet, and maybe speak with your dr about taking metformin for insulin and it will work for pcos to and stop the januvia.
